Apartment Conversion

This building was originally the South Milford CO-OP and we are in the process of converting the property into two luxury apartments. The first floor apartment is now completed and to keep the character of the building and create a unique space most the original features have been retained.
Because we were involved with the planning of the interior from the beginning we were able to achieve a better final result. For example, we built a false chimney breast to house the plasma TV system and a modern contemporary fireplace giving the room a focal point.
The lighting makes the most of the gorgeous original beams as the main living area has very high ceilings. The underfloor heating through out allowed us the freedom to position the furniture wherever we wanted without the restriction of radiators.
